Monroe Presidential Dollar Enters Circulation Feb. 14

The James Monroe Presidential Dollar will be hitting bank, store and public transit systems on February 14. Before that, there's a launch event at the Monroe estate, Ash Lawn-Highland, where the public can exchange coins.
